Vinification : Traditional method with light skin maceration.

Tasting : Dominating floral aromas , white flowers and honey. In the mouth : well balanced and fresh with fineness ; a certain roundness and a floral final.

Suggestion : It accompanies very well shellfishes, fresh cheeses and deserts.
